Apostle Demond Mills
Born and raised in the city of Evanston, IL, Demond Mills received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in his youth and answered the call of God to become a minister of the Gospel Jesus Christ in 1997.
Being in ministry for over eighteen years, Demond began serving in prison ministry and later Founded Fresh Start Ministries. Shortly thereafter, he took the gospel to the streets with the mission of winning souls for Jesus Christ. During this time, he evangelized and prayed for others throughout the local community, which in turn lead to various speaking engagements.
In 2012, Demond and his wife Debra were ordained to the pastorate and led to establish Green Beret Church International in Skokie, IL.
The Lord has put a passion and burden in Demond’s heart to see people restored, living an abundant life and walking in victory. His mandate is to rebuild the region through prayer, pull down territorial strongholds and take the gospel to the nation. He is a passionate kingdom leader and a great man of warfare, operating in the “Green Beret anointing”. Being “a sniper in the spirit,” he’s not afraid to challenge the kingdom of darkness. He moves prophetically as a modern day seer, operating in dreams, visions, interpretations and wisdom.
February 2015 Demond was installed into the office of the Apostle. In August 2015, he and his wife Prophetess Debra launched Green Beret Ministries in Waukegan, IL.
January 2016 he released his first book titled “The Streets – The 21st Century Egypt”.
Apostle Demond is a resident of Skokie, IL with his wife Prophetess Debra and their two children Odyssey and Genesis.
Prophetess Debra Mills
Prophetess Debra is co-founder and Pastor at Green Beret Church International. She was born in Michigan City, Indiana and raised in Evanston IL. She’s married to Demond Mills, they have two daughters, Odyssey and Genesis.
Side by side she serves faithfully as her husband’s help-meet. She has a heart for God’s people, cities and the nations. Her passion is to minister to the lost, motivate, empower and ignite man and women to walk in their purpose.
Debra is a warrior for the kingdom of God. She’s anointed in warfare and blessed with the discerning of spirits. Fervently interceding for others; being a bulldozer in the spirit, impacting with strategic insight. She’s a sweet and loving person, but dangerous to the kingdom of darkness. Also being a modern day Seer flowing in the dreams and visions realm.
In 2005 God spoke to her audibly, “I’m calling you to the Great Commission”; she answered the call to ministry. Debra served faithfully on the Intercessory and Deliverance Team. Later she became an Altar Worker, Corporate Prayer Leader, Armor Bearer, then transitioning into Pastor and First Lady.
